The Government Relations department is reviewing our credit union files for 2012 and we have found that your CUNA permission agreement may have already expired.
CUNA permission agreements allow us to receive contributions from your members and employees. In order to be compliant with the Federal Elections Commission, we are required to have a current signed agreement on file with your credit union.
Please Note: your members will not be solicited directly without your expressed permission. In addition, signing the Permission Agreement does not obligate credit union members, staff, management, or volunteers to contribute to CULAC. It simply allows them to learn of CULAC activities, and to voluntarily contribute if they choose.
